My roof was hail damaged in the fall of 2023, two years after I'd had it replaced following a previous hail storm, so I wasn't happy about having to go through the whole process again. Multiple roofers drove through the neighborhood knocking on doors, and I spoke with a number of them. I had some special requirements because I was handling the insurance claim myself. Charlie with Quick Start Roofing was knowledgeable, flexible, and there was no dedicated salesman. The person I spoke with on the first day was the person that I spoke with throughout the process. Charlie's guys did a solid job. The roofers I'd used before sent out a lousy crew that had to be called back 3 times to fix things that I'd specifically requested.
